My players have made it Fort Beluarian to help out the NPC Rokah to Create a Distraction (p. 17 side quest).
One of the players has a personal quest that involves Commander Liara Portyr, so that became a problem for the players and some fun work for me to figure where I want this personal quest to have options to go.
